I will never forget the day you took me skiing (Stevens Pass) in The "scout". I remember your great sense of humor, your helpfulness and that you always made me feel welcome. Inger, Roald, Petter and David, you are all in my thoughts. Sending you all our love from Sweden./ Mi, Erik, Elin and Alva

Message: I miss you so much. I didn't have enough Alpacas to purchase you yet, but I had hopes. Inger and Roald: I know you're in pain and I just pray that God will comfort you and heal your hearts. He was a beautiful person. I remember him as a teenager and then as a young man. He was kind and generous to me so many times. He was the best brother I ever had. Washington will never be the same without his beautiful eyes and big smile.

Message: Even though we knew Paul for a short time, he touched our lives in many ways. He was always there to help a friend. I remember when he was taping my sisters wedding, he was so involved that he didn't want to be interrupted. He was a very caring, detailed and organized person and I wish that we had more time to know him. He will be missed greatly by the Lake Family.

Message: I only got to meet Paul once, but my husband, Jason, was a friend of his. They used to work together. I won't forget the time I did meet Paul. It was at a wedding last summer. He was so outgoing, telling stories, laughing, smiling, joking. He did have an infectious laugh and sense of humor. He and I spent quite awhile talking about fishing and Alaska. You could tell he loved it. He seemed to have a magnetism about him that drew people to him and I could tell he loved to tell the stories he told about Alaska. Obviously he had a way about him since I only met him once and knew him through the stories Jason told! I know that Paul will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. May he rest in peace and know that all of his friends and family love him.

Message: Our Paulie...words cannot express how much you will be missed! Thanks for using your laugh so much because it touched so many people. That is what we hold on to now. Slurpees, Jalapeno chips won't ever be the same...I will think of you with every batch of homemade chocolate chip cookies, I will add that extra pinch of salt and I will also remind Marc that nuts don't go in cookies they belong in bowls! Thanks for perservering and keeping the faith; it should be a lesson to us all. God blessed us with your friendship and now you are blessed to be in His presence. Do any of the angels have red hair? LOL I love you Shawna

Message: You were like a son to me and the best friend God could have blessed me with. My shop will sound so empty without your laugh. Thank you for all your help and teaching me so much. I will miss our Fridays together going to Bob's and our trips to Beth's Cafe. I took Shannon to get her first Hickory shirt on Monday. You have been part of our family for over 20 years and you are greatly missed. Thanks for your help last weekend on my boat. I'll catch a big one for ya. I love you.
